Cua Dai Beach, Hoian, Vietnam.

Afternoon at Cua Dai Beach, Hoian, Vietnam.

Cua Dai Beach is the “seaside” area of the Ancient Town of Hoi An – listed as one of Vietnam’s five UNESCO World Heritage sites. Cua Dai Beach is about 5 Km from Hoi An and south of China Beach, Danang – the beach is about 3km long.  Both the Town of Hoian and the Beach are “must sees” for any Vietnam Traveler.

There are two good roads from Hoian to Cua Dai Beach (Map) – take Hai Ba Trung or Tran Hung Dao to Lac Long Quan (Main road parallel to the beach). You can take a taxi, take motorbike taxi (“xe om” – English meaning “bike hug”), rent a bicycle – or if you’re a risk taker, both legally and with the possibility of injury, a motorbike.
